Young ADU project
The Young project was designed for a get away for Ms. Youngs art stucco get away in their back yard bottom terrace. In the middle of La Mesa Proper, we designed and build a retreat for them to get some well needed Zen & focus on her art in a peaceful open space.
Project consisted of a studio model build out. Beautiful windows to explore nature in their back yard space. Electrical , solar, and air conditioning included in the build out. Custom exterior and interior paint, lighting, wood flooring, and wood stained baseboard and trim.
Received a federal tax credit for a portion of the project of 15% of the gross contract amount as renewable energy was part of the project.
